At CCTech in Ulricehamn, we specialize in surface treatment for small to medium-sized batches. With a modern, highly automated machine park, we can work efficiently and with high precision \u2013 ready to meet tomorrow\u2019s requirements today. <\/p>\n\n<\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Fast delivery capability<\/h2>\n\n

We are known for our fast delivery capability. Standard lead time is just 5 days, and historically, in some cases we have been able to meet customers\u2019 needs in as little as 3 hours. Our success factors are continuous inspections, carefully documented processes, and an uncompromising focus on quality. <\/p>\n\n

The surface treatments we offer are anodizing, passivation and chromating of aluminium. We also carry out tumbling and assembly and can deliver the finished product directly to the end customer. Flexibility is one of our most important guiding principles \u2013 and something we live by in every assignment. <\/p>\n\n

Anodizing aluminium<\/h2>\n\n

Anodizing is a surface treatment method that significantly increases aluminium\u2019s resistance. Through a controlled electrolytic oxidation process, the surface is transformed from pure aluminium into wear-resistant aluminium oxide. <\/p>\n\n

The result is components that repel dirt, have high wear resistance, are electrically insulating, and provide effective corrosion protection, even in demanding environments. At the same time, the surface becomes more decorative. <\/p>\n\n

We can anodize parts up to 2100 \u00d7 550 \u00d7 950 mm. We offer several colour options, including natural, black, green, red and blue. <\/p>\n\n

Hard anodizing for wear-resistant components<\/h2>\n\n

When the application requires an extra wear-resistant surface layer, hard anodizing is the obvious choice. From a production standpoint, the method differs from conventional anodizing in that higher electrical voltage and current are used, creating a surface layer with a higher oxide content. <\/p>\n\n

The pores become fewer and smaller, resulting in an even harder, more durable surface. Hard anodizing is often used in, for example, the aerospace industry, hydraulics and medical technology. <\/p>\n\n

We offer hard anodizing in the colours natural, green, blue and red.<\/p>\n\n

Chromital \u2013 corrosion protection to MIL 5541<\/h2>\n\n

CCTech offers surface treatment according to Chromital Surtech 650 TCP and is one of the few approved suppliers in this area. We meet the military standard MIL 5541, and the method provides very high corrosion protection for both treated and untreated aluminium parts. Our surface-treated components withstand 168 hours of salt spray corrosion testing in accordance with ASTM B-117. <\/p>\n\n

Quality, environment and certifications<\/h2>\n\n

At CCTech, quality and the environment are central parts of our business. We carry out frequent, structured bath analyses, follow supplier recommendations, and work according to our process manual. <\/p>\n\n

We measure TOC (Total Organic Carbon) at a detailed level and keep a process log along the entire line. All process statistics are followed up through daily management and regular meetings. CCTech is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. <\/p>\n\n
