Mastec Solutions was founded in 2010 to meet our customers increased needs of module- and system mounted products. For us, this location was an easy choice. This expansive region along the E4 south of Jönköping is classified as one of Swedens best logistic areas! Here in the logistic heart of Sweden we have great possibilities to reach the bigger cities as well as the space required to develop our production site. Shortly – we are ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow!

We have the premises, qualifications and capacity to offer everything from simple assembly to large heavy complex projects. The assembly consists of module- and system mounted products containing mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and vacuum. We value continuous improvement of our production through Mastec Production System and 5S. Your cost efficiency is our greatest priority!

Assembly

In Vaggeryd there is a number of committed people working with assembling modules and complete systems containing mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and vacuum. We are proud of our effecient station- and flow assembly, which are built according to the LEAN principle – based on volume! Did you know that we have a lifting capacity of 13,5 tonnes in terms of trucks and 10 tonnes over the production area? Additionally our mounting area consists of as much as 12,500 square meters of which 2,200 goes to our central warehouse! We strive to continuously develop the quality and the technical skills of our staff, as well as we offer simulation and testing of assembled modules and systems.

We have a passion for modern corporate logistics and flow optimization and can therefore offer efficient and global logistic solutions for our costumers. Our success is based on a well established network in Eastern Europe and the Nordic countries. These collaborations are important for us. Thanks to them we can offer optimized logistics, quality assured suppliers and competetive prices!
