Our machinery consists of injection molding machines with a clamping force between 25–1200 tons! Did you know that the weights of the products vary from 1 g up to 8 kg? Injection molding

Injection molding is a great alternative when producing complicated components in large numbers, when you are looking for supreme finish or when you are in need of a cost effective solution! Our machinery consist of plastic injection machines and modern robots. We always strive to be one step ahead – offering you an automated and efficient production. We are manufacturing products in different plastics such as PC, PA, PBT, PC/ABS, PP, ABS, TPE, TPU, POM, PSU and PPSU. At the same time, we have plastics that can withstand temperatures above 200 degrees celsius – such as PES, PEI or PEEK. The chosen technique is depending on the desired end result – we have long experience from both single and 2-K moulding. By the way – did you know that we can produce details from 1 g up to 8 kg?

Molding tools

Mastec has a well established supplier network when it comes to molding tools, with partners in both Sweden, Asia and Europe. The supplier of choise depend on your needs – we take on full responsibility! We work efficiently through the whole process – from specifications all the way to approving the tool layout. Did you know that we also have our own workshop in the building? It comes in handy when there is a need for quick changes, service, maintenance or transfering existing tools. Isn’t it great?

Subsequent processing

We add value by delivering components with many options for costumization. When it comes to injection molded products we offer ultrasonic welding, painting, metallization, printing and assembly. Ask us anything – we are looking forward fo give you advice!

Engineering

Mastec is looking forward to getting involved as early as possible in the engineering process! When we get to participate in product development we can suggest new solutions – saving you both time and money!
